About the Company

The Villages are owned and operated by Lisle Villages Inc, a not for profit entity, founded in 1974.

The Board of Management is an experienced management team and have extensive qualifications and expertise in business, accounting, legal and resident involvement and a strong commitment to creating a secure, affordable and fulfilling lifestyle for seniors.

Governance - the operation and the management of Lisle Villages is governed by and conforms to the Retirement Villages Act 1992 and the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations 2020

Board of Management

Neema Premji


Neema comes to Lisle Villages as a Professional Independent Chairperson with extensive Board and senior executive experience with specialist knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, strategy, risk, finance and business management.

Neema has experience of aged care and retirement living as a member of the Board for a different provider including Chair of their Finance Sub-committee and member of their Governance Risk & Compliance Committee.

Neema holds a Master of Business Administration (Technology & Management) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a Global Associate Auditor, as well as a facilitator of Australian Institute of Company Director.

Peter Parolo

Independent Board Member/Treasurer

Peter joined the Board in January 2020 and is a Fellow of CPA Australia with a combined 35 years of experience in financial management within the private sector and the WA public sector. Within the Department of Transport WA Peter holds the position of Executive Director of Finance and Procurement Services (FPS) and is the Chief Finance Officer for the department. His experience includes change management, business improvement and business innovation.

Marc Montandon

Independent Board Member

Marc has been on the Board since April 2017 and is a commercial lawyer and legal manager with more than 20 years of corporate and private practice experience in Western Australia and internationally. Marc services the transactional, compliance and governance needs of businesses both large and small, in a variety of sectors. Marc is adept at accompanying businesses through transformation and innovation. Marc is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2014) and has been the honorary consul of Switzerland in Western Australia since June 2016.

Dale Kennett

Independent Board Member

Dale joined the Board in February 2021 and has a Certificate in Community Services, completed all the required subjects for an Associate Diploma of Social Science (Welfare) and Graduate Certificate in Business from UWA. Currently Dale is ¾ the way through his MBA and should be completed by the end of 2021.

Dale started his first business in 2002 and still runs a recruitment and labour hire business. In 2008 he started a second business which is an Industrial Relations focus business, ensuring businesses comply with their legal requirements.

In the boardroom Dale first stepped into these realms in 2011 for a Not for Profit focused on accommodation and support services for people facing homelessness who live with mental illness and addiction issues. And has been a committee member within a local sporting club, assisting in the integration of girls into the sport of AFL. Working on goals that benefit the community as a whole, ensuring the governance is compliant.

Dale is a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association of Australia and New Zealand (RCSA) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Chris Kemp

Independent Board Member

Chris joined the Lisle Villages Board in February 2021. Chris holds a business degree and is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Chris has worked in Oil and Gas, Logistics, Marine Emergency Response and Manufacturing sectors in the United Kingdom and Australia. Chris brings over 15 years of industry experience gained from working in multi-national companies and is passionate about customer service, operations, sustainable business growth and quality.

Chris believes that that everyone should enjoy their retirement years in a supportive and safe community.

Marie Bolt

Resident Board Member

Marie has been on the Board since April 2018. Marie was born and educated in New Zealand and trained and worked in clinical services specializing in Pathology at Otago University Medical School. Marie married a West Australian and returned with him to Perth having been offered a position in the Department of Hematology when Western Australia commenced training their first medical students in this state. This offer was withdrawn when Marie became pregnant with the first of her three children. Thankfully times have advanced without these ridiculous restrictions.

A few years later Marie was appointed to the Board of an outer suburban Memorial Hospital for the building of their new hospital. Following on from this, Marie became State Manager for an Eastern States Pharmaceutical Distributor with allied products for pharmacy as they opened their doors to more than dispensing. Following part-time retirement, Marie joined Probus the Community Service Program of Rotary. Marie is State President this year of their Western Australian Management Committee.


Mandy Green

General Manager

Mandy joined Lisle Villages in August 2017. She has over 25 years’ experience in property management, having spent most of her career working in social housing, providing homes and services to help people live the best life in good quality safe, and secure homes. She has many years’ experience as a senior manager including being responsible for staff management and building successful and happy teams.

Mandy has been able to transform organisations with her passion and commitment to business improvement and shaping services to meet customer needs. She has extensive experience in working with residents in shaping service standards, as well as monitoring the quality and performance of services.

Rilla Williams

Assistant Village Manager

Rilla joined Lisle Villages as Assistant Village Manager in July 2020. Rilla has over 20 years experience in property and lease management and significant operational experience in managing staff & financial management. Rilla has excellent knowledge and experience in resident involvement and improving customer satisfaction.

Shane Williamson

Maintenance Person

Shane is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds of all our villages. Shane has been with Lisle Villages since April 2010 and has excellent hands-on experience of all our maintenance requirements and responsibilities.

Sean Nightingale


Sean started at Lisle in June 2018 and is responsible for the general maintenance of the gardens, plants and lawns for Lisle Villages accommodation. Sean is a qualified horticulturalist with extensive experience of garden maintenance.
